The first step is to set a date to end using drugs, alcohol and cigarettes. Know that today is the greatest day. So decide to breaking free from the bondage of addiction right now.

The next step is to think about why you wish to break the addiction after which record your reasons. In case you are addicted to cigarettes, do you want to stop smoking to refrain from developing cancer no matter the lips, mouth, throat, larynx, lungs, esophagus, stomach, liver, pancreas, colon, kidneys, bladder and cervix? The fourth the next task is to place obstacles between you and clonazepam, alcohol and cigarettes so that they can make it harder for you to use them. To do so, try to ask yourself, “What is the reason that I drink or chew or smoke or sniff or inject or ingest the addictive substances?” Answer this question with brutal honesty so as to cope with the emotions or trigger situations that tempt and tie you beyond just the addiction.
